      <title>REPRODUCIBILITY OF PCR</title>

      <description><![CDATA[i have trying to amplify a 1 Kb fragment of bla tem gene but i have problems with repruducibility of my PCR. FOR some samples, sometimes the reaction work great and sometimes i get no product. i work with the same DNA extract.]]></description>
