PK interaction protocol details

Dear Investigators,
I would like to receive the names of total protocls that should be added in Pharmacokinetic Interaction studies. Bscially PK inculdes Absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion protocols. But taking all the PK calculations sheets it is trouble some to calculate all the matters. I request you to all the readers to guide us in our research. We are studying the PK interactions between drugs and also the molecular basis behind it. I request you to send the guidelines for single oral PK (ADME) protocols and its excell calculation sheet as a standard or any information on PK software.
