cloning protein with signal peptide

Hi, I'm trying to express a prokariotic putative protein in E.coli, and it has a predicted signal sequence. Every time I induced the expression with IPTG, the cultures died. I think maybe the protein got stucked somewhere. Does anyone has experience with this situation?
