    Hi all,
I am trying to treat E coli cells with PolymyxinB in order to permeabilize them. Does anybody have an idea about the kinetics that is how long should the cells be grown in polymyxin B in order to ' poke holes ' in them without damaging them? Or at which stage should it be added , Can I add PB to the cells as they are growing or should I let them grow upto the desired OD and then add finally treat them with PB?? Thanx in advance.
