SiRNA pool

I have ordered 3 different siRNAs against the same molecule from Invitrogen and they arrived in three different vials. I want to mix them in order to use them but I wonder should the pool have 20uM concentration for each of the oligos or for all of them? Please help

You should titrate the oligos individually and monitor knockdown then combine the three most effective concentrations. Some people have said that too much oligo can cause undesirable effects but 3-fold probably wont matter too much.
