    Hi!!!
I am working with RT-PCR. For cDNA synthesis I used QuantiTect Reverse Transcription kit (Qiagen). I have nice results:) but I need to be absolutely sure:) that my probes are free from DNA contamination. How can I check it?
    Thank you very much!!!

Treat RNA sample with DNase-free RNase will get ride of DNA contamination. Use primer pair flanking two different exons will allow you to tell whether or not there is still DNA contamination in your cDNA template.
