    colony hybridization

    Hi all,

    Ifve been working on fosmid library containing genomic sequences of my bacterial isolate.
    I am planning to screen these colonies using colony hybridization technique with many PCR products as the probe.
    If you have any ideas or have experienced this before, please give me the advice.
