    pvex vector sequence

It seems that so many papers use pvex (plasmid vector with t7 promoter) or a derivative, but they never cite a source that would give the sequence to the plasmid. Are there any plasmid sequence databases? I need to know what restriction enzymes to use.

If you couldn't find the sequence and map from internet why don't just send request to paper authors? When submit their manuscript most journals require authors to have all materials and methods available for public. Good luck.
