    BAC filter screens & LI-COR Odyssey

    Hello all,
    I am trying to develop a protocol that will allow for high density BAC arrays (22x22cm +charged nylon containing approximately 36,000 clones) to be screened with a biotin-streptavidin based approach and read on a LI-COR Odyssey. Does anyone have experience with this or a similar protocol, or know of any good literature?
