    Hi,

Does anyone have any success with live-cell staining followed by flow cytometry with adherent or suspension mammalian cells?

    Thanks!

Immunology people does this quite often I guess. Spleen cells are stained with various of surface antibodies and then sorted by FACS in order to get pure population of certain type cells.
