    restriction condition

    I try to cut plant genomic DNA to use in southern blotting. I use the condition (amount of DNA , enzyme, incubation time) that it sucess when I use with plasmid DNA of bacteria. But the result show a lot of uncut DNA band in case of plant genomic DNA. How can I do ferther. Can anyone sugest me.
