    doudt on sscp ananlysis

    sir
    we have a problem in analysing the sscp band pattern on gel
    i wanted to know how many bands will appear on the polyacrylamide gel
    what will be the mobility shift in case a single nucleotide change,
    we r observing3-4 bands on gel
    will i see on 2 bands ongel and if more what would be the reason behind it
    i will be thankful to u if u could solve my problem
