mRNA from plant

Respected Dear,

I am working on mRNA, as a response of plant growth regulators. There is methodology to =find out gene by Affimatrix gene chip. Here this facility is not available. Is there any other methodology to find out specific gene in comparison with Arabdopsis genome.
