    solubility problem after purification of his-tag protein

    I purified one his-tag protein around 80kDa from Baculo system under native condition. Short time after elution (with 200mM Imidazole), my protein began to precipitate. I tried to add glycerol or triton and change the salt concentration to solubilize the protein, but it did work. Could you give me some suggestions? Thank you very much.
