Yeast's RNA extraction

Hi, I am trying to extract RNA from yeast. In the extraction buffer I intend to use aurintricarboxylic acid (ATA) as a RNase inhibitor. The problem is that when I measure the absorbance at 260 and 280 nm it seems to interfere. Can anyone give me a method to "clean up" the RNA before I quantitate it? Thank you very much
