ELISA washing

Hi,
I forgot to add Tween to the wash buffer, and i realized after two washes, i mean i washed the capture Ab without Tween in wash buffer and also after blocking i washed without Tween in wash buffer. now my standard and samples are in incubation for 2h, now i will be washing with 0.05% Tween in PBS. can you tell me the consequences plz. The omitting detergent in your washing buffer probably will increase your staining background. If you didn't forget to add it in permeability step it shouldn't be big problem...
