hello,
I am doing an indirect elisa assay on heat shock protein. My blocking buffer is goat serum. I did not have much problem with the IgM assay but I am having high ( > 0.1 ) non-specific binding with the IgG assay. I diluted the conjugated antibody to reduce the nsb but this results in low specific binding. Any suggestions to overcome this ?
