This months FREE Events – Wednesday July 20th – TEST TAKING STRATEGIES for USMLE at 7pm Wednesday July 27th – ATTAINING RESIDENCY at 7pm Thursday July 28th – USMLE PERSONAL STATEMENT WORKSHOP Manhattan International - 131 West 56th Street - 212-977-8200 I failed my first attempt at the Step 1 exam and thought I would never be able to pass it. I tried reading First Aid, doing question after question on USMLE world and memorizing as much as I could from my medical test I had kept over the years. I have a lot of friends who are IMGs who had the same trouble and even worse, scored low on their exams and got stuck in a residency they didn’t want. I was walking through midtown Manhattan shopping with my wife and we came across the Kaplan center there. I walked in and realized half of the staff were IMGs from Pakistan and India. I sat down and they gave me more than I could imagine – A FREE diagnostic Test for Step one – when I finished it I brought it down and they scored it immediately with great feedback and they consulted me on my needs. They also told me a better way to study for the exam that would ultimately save time and yield a higher score. Then I was aloud to take out tapes all day long and view the Kaplan materials. There was also a Step 1 Lecture going on that they let me sit in on and I have to say the Live Lecture surpassed the tapes for me and most of the class was in the same situation I was in. I even saw an old friend from med. school. Later on that night they had a free seminar called The Attaining Residency Seminar which was two full hours of a professional telling us everything there was to know about find the right residency all over the U.S. and in particular NYC which is where I wanted to work desperately. When you go to Kaplan – They immediately want to hand you a free pass and for you to come to the seminars whether you want to enroll or not. This months FREE Events – Wednesday July 20th – TEST TAKING STRATEGIES for USMLE at 7pm Wednesday July 27th – ATTAINING RESIDENCY at 7pm Thursday July 28th – USMLE PERSONAL STATEMENT WORKSHOP Take my advice friends – go and find out why you should take the course and try an avoid pirate materials. The real course got me through Step1 and I scored at 92% when I gave the test. That is a long way from failing. If you want to do all that then you can call them or just walk in – Manhattan International 131 West 56th Street Between 6th and 7th Avenue 212-977-8200 ex#2

This message is about USMLE Step and USMLE Cracker
Everyone, It is very obvious from all the postings here that the folks on this website claiming to sell the Kaplan videos are running a SCAM. They are ALL VERY SUSPICIOUS. Especially suspicious is the gentleman from USMLESTEP.COM I have been in correspondence with this person and here is what I found: He calls himself 'Said' and says he is from the middle east. He is very suspicious because: 1) He uses many email aliases on this bulletin board to promote his website 2) He does not live in the U.S. 3) He refuses to give his real name, address, or phone number 4) He has no 'real business' 5) He wants to you pay in anonymous, untraceable forms like Western Union 6) His 'secure VISA' website is just a generic website for software downloads - and not his own visa credit card site. That is: HE HAS NO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS OF HIS OWN. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON, BE CAREFUL. WHAT HE IS SELLING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - AND THAT IS TRUE. HE IS A SHEISTER, HOAX, SWINDLE, AND FRAUD. Don't waste your money on this imposter. – composed by Aether – sent by R
