Hi, I perform RNA in situ hybridization on zebrafish embryos at 10 somites stage. I use the Roche DIG AP-conjugated Antibody and NBT/BCIP. My problem occur in the blocking step. I am using now the blocking reagent powder with MABT blocking solution but i have a lot of background red color. I really need a protocol to resolve this problem ( protocol without using sheep or goat .. serum, because i don't have accessibility to those products now). THANK YOU FOR THE HELP ALINE
