    double labeling

    I have too label paraffin embedded mouse tissue with two different antibodies but they are both polyclonal goat IGG and the proteins to be detected are both found in the cytoplasm. can someone recommed to different colorametric stains and protocol.

    hi,

    Sequential staining might help. First stain with one of the antibody and fix slide. Then stain with another antibody with a secondary antibody conjugated with different flurochrome. Good luck.
