    IHC- brown bubbles all over tissue

    HI,

    I study fetal lungs, and my antibodies are againt glucorticoid receptors.. I see brown-red bubbles all over my tissue that affect my ability to focus with the microscope.. I know they are not the positive staining. Also there are dark blotches on the tissue. I used methyl green fro counter staining... n e ideas what they cld be?
