    dapi staining before secondary antibody

    By mistake I have stained with dapi before adding my secondary goat anti-mouse fluorescent conjugated abtibody. Can I added now, or may I remove Dapi somehow?

    I guess you can just continue secondary antibody staining. DAPI is a strong DNA minor groove binder (not sure if it is covalent binding) and you may manage to quench it (?). But I am afraid it will ruin your experiments.
