hi,
i got a problem in doing my work.if any one can help me out i will be grateful to them. the problem is: i would like to find metal resistant genes in an acidophilic archaea which has been sequenced about 97% by comparing the genomes of some phylogenetically related acidophilic archaea. what would be the best methods to sort out this problem. please reply me soon as this is very urgent, thanks a lot, abhi. abhi_nsp@rediffmal.com.
