hi,

i got a problem in doing my work.if any one can help me out i will be grateful to them.
the problem is: i would like to find metal resistant genes in an acidophilic archaea which has been sequenced about 97% by comparing the genomes of some phylogenetically related acidophilic archaea.

what would be the best methods to sort out this problem.

please reply me soon as this is very urgent,

what would be the best method/methods to do the above said task using latest bioinformatic tools.

kindly advice me how to perform the task successfully.
