    HOW TO CREATE A .STO FILE

    Hi,

    I need some help in creating a multiple sequence alignment file with the Stockholm format (with secondary structure annotation), in order to run a program.

    Any ideas as to which software/website i can use to create such a file or convert either a .aln/.pfam file to a .sto file ?
