looking for a job or job oriented training in bioinformatics

hello,
I completed my M.Sc. Bioinformatics course through Distance Education. nowadays I am seeking for a job or job oriented training in Bioinformatics or relevant field. I have already tried to get a job in this field but I did not get any response. If we have no opportunity in Bioinformatics or other research field then why this course or other latest courses are being provided to the off state candidates? can anyone tell me from where can I get a better job oriented training in Bioinformatics field or relevant field. I need to follow a training course in Bioinformatics so that I could enhance my skills more and get a good opportunity further as I have keen interest in this field. except this, is there any opportunity for this field in Gurgaon/Noida/Delhi or other sectors?
