dear friends,

i have done RAPD with somaclones of leucaena leucocephala. i got polymorphism but i don't know how to do dendogram analysis. can anybody please tell me how to analyse RAPD results by dendogram.
please sujjest me website so that i can get the theoretical info and dendogram software information for RAPD analysis
