It can be used for exact and inexact comparison of both DNA or protein fragments and whole chromosomes to find homologies and repeats, examine the matches found in an interactive mode, filter them using arbitrary criteria and create alignments based on this data. Could any one help me out with CGH (Comparative Gneomics Hybridization) softwares available. And what does it do? i.e does it helps in designing the probes for CGH Arrays, Image analysis and data analysis etc.. Thanks in advance. Deeps
