    clustering method on Sequence analysis

    Hi,

    I am doing sequence analysis (on social data) using various software (tda, T_coffee, ...).
    I do cluster analysis on my distance matrix.
    I was told that it was better to cluster those matrix following Lance-Williams algorithm rather than Ward's (what I usually do).

    Do you have any hint or info on that point?
