Help, Exam questions, No more time

Can someone please answer these questions for me as the test is in a few more days and i have no more time!!!
1. Describe how a B cell may simeltaneously produce a membrane associated and secreted form of Igm. Answer should include the genetic mechanism that facilitate this phenomenon.
