mitolab, check out Qiagen. they have a kit (LiquiChip Broad Range Kinase kit) that offers non-radioactive quantification and screening of kinase residues (tryosine, serine and threonine) in cell culture and tissue samples. if the kit proves to be too expensive they also offer individual antibodies to screen for serine, tyrosine, or threonine sites. hope this helps. after all, i owe you one. :)
