    Antibody His-Tag

    Hello everyone,
    I did a western of a fusion protein His-Tag.

There is a negativ control = no his-tag protein, but a LOT of all kind protein = looks like a ladder of all sizes.....For this one ANY protein detection = Antibody specific

The partially purified his-tag fusion is detected...BUT, there is also many other proteins that I though was impurities that are also detected... They are of higher molecular weight. Any idea? Could this be multimere of my his-tag protein? Any good link that talks about his-tag protein detection? His-tag antibodies specificity? Protein interaction?

    TKS in advance!

    Christian
