Treg isolation

Hi,
When i perform isolation experments (CD4+CD25+ in mouse) i get a distinct population which is smaller than my T cell population. If anyone is familiar with this kind of problem please do let me know. Are these dead or dying cells or are they a population of B cells or NK cells. Thanks very muc
