    T cell hybridoma

    Hi,

I am trying my first T cell fusion. I coudn't find anything on subcloning the hybridomas. I suppose it is pretty much the same as in B cell hybridoma and I need to subclone the positive clones couple of times. Am I right?
And also - is proliferation assay worth it for continuously growing hybridomas as compared to T cells?
    Thank you!

    Anastas
