    Antibody production

    Hi,
    I have a problem regarding functionality of my antibodies produced in Integra CELLine reactors.
    As long as i produce my antibodies in T flasks they are functional.
    Directly (so it is no clonal effect) when I transfer them into the CELLine reactor they loose their functionality, even the hybridomas grow well and produce large amounts of antibodies.
    Anyone who has come to the same point, any suggestions??
