culture condition for CHO cell line

I'm culturing CHO AuxB1 cell line for cytotoxicity assay. I used DMEM+L-glutamine+10%FCS as culture medium, but the cells didn't grow at all(didn't die). Does that mean the medium did not fit this cell line?

Have you tried culturing the cells in Ham's F12 (Sigma N4888) or F12K medium (plus your additives)?

CHO AUXB1 cells should be cultured in deficient alpha-minimal essential medium containing 10% dialyzed fetal calf serum, glycine, thymidine, and hypoxanthine.

Thank you very much! I'm using alphaMEM+ribonucleosides/deoxyribonucleosides+glutamine+10%FCS. Seems growing quite well.
