    Hello everybody

who knows an easy aand rapid protocol to synchronize tumor cells in cell culture. I have tried with serum removal, but it didnīt work. I have starved the cells for 48 h and then I wanted to stimulate the cells with a compound. Furthermore I have the impression that my cells propagate anymore
    Help
    Thanks in advances
    Tiffy

We used to use Aphidicolin, double thymidine block, serum deprivation etc to align cells in G1 phase. Depending on which cell cycle phase you want to arrest cells, you may chose different protocols. For us the serum deprivation plus aphidicolin worked well.
