URGENT BIOLOGY HELP NEEDED

Hi im having serious problems with answering these questions below and i was wondering if anyone can help me please its driving me mad all the work i have done is totally wrong as iv been told by my teacher and he's no help at all, i have 2 days in which to do it and dont hav a clue some one plz help me.
QUESTION 1: Using a well labelled diagram show the positions that the DNA synthesis inhibitor hydroxyurea and the mitotic spindle inhibitor colchicine may arrest the cell cycle. QUESTION 2: Explain how turners syndrome may arise in humans by the use of an annotated flow diagram of meiotic divisions.
