    drug effect

    Could anyone tell me, please, when we want to see the inhibitory effect of the drug on stimulated cells is it usual to add stimulation agent (LPS, for example) and inhibitory agent at the same time.
    Or is it better to make preincubation with stimulator or inhibitor first?

    First, pre-incubate with the drug (inhibitor) first, then your stimuli.
    If positive, then try co-incubation of both.
    If positive again, try to treat your stimuli first then the drug.

    Through this cycle, you will have rough idea what is your drug's action point...
