    Hi,

I'm facing problems with cell separation. I am studying iron oxide (nanoparticles) uptake by hepatocytes. I was unable to separate the cells and the iron particles after the experiment, I alreday tried ficoll gradient centrifugation. Please give your valuable suggestions.

The easiest way is to "filter" the mixture through different pore-size membranes based on your cell size and nanoparticle (8-20 micro vs. submicro???).
