    cartilage histology help

    Hi there,

    Hope someone can help...

    I just want to know the best way of counting cartilage cells stained with various cytokines using a leica microscope; specifically how to distinguish between different zones accurately (ie to count number of cells in each zone) and whether to use the entire field of view or just the graticule...
