    quality vs. quantity of RNA in kidney

    Hi there!
    I´m doing a research in Iceland on RNA in fresh-frozen kidney tissue, using mini and midi kit from Quiagen. I use a Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer and the research is all about how much tissue do I have to have to be able to do a gene expression analysis. Is there anyone who can point out some references/articles about similar researches.
