Trouble purifying the protein using UREA

hi!
I am trying to purify a protein using the urea, typically I take cells and treat them with 8M urea, spin, isolate protein from rest of the supernatant by his-column, elute using immidazole, and dialyse out the urea and immidazole. Procedure worked fine for some of other proteins, but this latest HD protein has been a pain to purify tend to aggregate often around 1M/ 0.5M/0M steps. If you have any tips to prevent this please let me know thanks rohit
