Positive signals in negative controls for western blot

I really would appreciate if someone could give me some ideas with this problem. I'm trying to identify a recombinant protein with FLAG tagging but everytime I do western blot it appears a signal with the right molecular weight not only in my samples but also in every negative control I use (wild type cells, recombinant cells for different proteins and different epitope tagging) so this is very confusing.
