Storage options for nitrocellulose membranes

Hi,
I wish to perform my western blots here in Australia and apply various antibodies in Japan.
Does anyone have a tried and tested storage method for blotted nitrocellulose membranes for ~3 weeks?
Will the binding/membranes be adversely affected if they're frozen?

any suggestions are most welcome!
