    2' Ab background

    Hello Everyone,

All I need is just a clear pics for the paper. I'm trying to confirm that the cell line is what it is, and that's it. I'm probing my total protein nitrocellulose membrane with the cell surface markers, and I got bands I wanted, but... how can I rid of the 2'Ab background? I tried three different 2'Ab brands and still have them bound to almost every single protein onto membrane! Without primary Abs, of course. Well, except markers bands though... Agh! Anyone?

you may be using too much 2'Abs. try diluting it at least 10 fold.
