    Hi all members
My name is Pham Ngoc Chien, I am studying in protein. I am purifying the protein from Bacillus anthracis now , but it is not lucky, my protein is the most insoluble protein. I have changed the IPTG concentration and induction time, I have tried to change many condition of induction temperature and induction time, concentration of IPTG... but finally it is still insoluble. I hope that I will get some advice from all members. Could you show me how to make the soluble protein from the insoluble protein or how to purify the soluble protein from the insoluble protein.
    Thanks for your advices
    Pham Ngoc Chien

you can purify insoluble inclusion body using denaturing method and try to refold them.
