    Hi,

I have a problem with my samples (my pellet is sticky) and I can't loud them to the gel (western blot). I got protocol but no one tried him.

Maybe someone have a protocol for "membrane protein extraction"?

it seems to me you have considerable gDNA contamination. Try vortex hard or go through needles to break down DNA before loading your sample.

    1) Try to sonicate samples before loading.
    2) Use commericial lysis solution, such as CellLytic-M (sigma)
