We are using alkaline cleaning (with Cl) and then acidic cleaning. We purchace our cleaning chemicals from Jonson Diversy. Our process is protein purification so this cleaning chemicals works nicely with us. I think the cleaning protocol should deside according to your process and therefore when you try the above method sometimes it may not work as well. But any way above method can work in a very broad range. Please let me know if you need any further assistance in this regard. my email lalith@samartex.com
