    Hi,
    I plan to purify RNP involving formaldehyde crosslinking. Is boiling with SDS sample buffer enough to denature the proteins for SDS PAGE or do I necessarily have to reverse the formaldehyde crosslink before putting SDS sample buffer. Any suggestions/advice will be grealty helpful. Thanks a lot.
