    Glycoprotein stain ProQ Emerald300 or 488

    Hi,

    I am looking for references from people who used Glycoprotein stain kits ProQ Emerald 300 or 488 (invitrogen).
    Are these kits goods? Are they indeed specific for Glycoproteins and have sensitivity 2-4 ng protein per lane? How visualization of proteins was performed? Are these kits indeed compatible with MS? Some tips about using of these kits?
